IT Technical and Software Support Specialist

Description

We are looking for a team-oriented and responsible IT Technical and Software Support Specialist to join the IT Department of a large manufacturing company.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and route requests within the ticketing system.
• Provide technical and software support to company users.
• Install, maintain, replace, and coordinate the repair of computers and computer equipment.
• Assess and resolve issues arising within the company's IT network, involving external organizations when necessary.

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the IT field.
• Strong knowledge of the Windows operating system, knowledge of macOS, basic knowledge of networking technologies (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, WLAN…)

Additional Notes

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00.
