We are looking for a highly motivated and tech-savvy specialist to join our team and lead the implementation, development, and maintenance of our digital and IT systems. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about optimizing processes, working with ERP systems, and bringing innovation through automation and AI.

Պարտականություններ

ERP Program Installation & Support

• Oversee installation, configuration, and user support for ERP systems.
• Collaborate with departments to tailor ERP functionality to operational needs.

CIS Administration (Corporate Information Systems)

• Administer and maintain internal information systems and user access.
• Ensure data security and system integrity.

Server Setup & Management

• Configure and maintain local and cloud-based servers.
• Monitor performance and ensure system reliability and uptime.

Maintenance of Printers & Peripherals

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other office hardware.
• Manage inventory and provide technical support

Process Digitalization

• Analyze existing manual workflows and implement digital solutions.
• Coordinate transition of business functions to automated platforms.

Integration of AI in Operations

• Identify opportunities to apply AI for optimization and efficiency.
• Implement and test AI-powered tools and services.

Software Design & Development

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design internal tools or systems.
• Oversee implementation and ensure proper documentation and testing.

Ongoing IT Support & Maintenance

• Provide technical support to staff.
• Maintain software updates, data backups, and IT documentation.

Պահանջներ

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience in ERP systems, server administration, and IT infrastructure.
• Familiarity with AI tools and digital automation platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
