We are looking for a skilled and reliable IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering our CIS (Corporate Information Systems), managing mail servers, and implementing an automated response system for incoming calls. This role plays a key part in ensuring the efficiency, security, and reliability of our internal IT infrastructure.

Պարտականություններ

• Maintain the company’s Corporate Information Systems (CIS).
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot mail servers and email services.
• Set up and maintain an automated call response system for handling incoming calls efficiently.
• Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure data backups and system updates are performed regularly.
• Support in managing user accounts, access rights, and security policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand and meet IT-related needs.

Պահանջներ

• Proven experience in CIS administration and mail server management.
• Experience with automated telephony systems.
• Familiarity with email protocols and server tools.
• Strong understanding of networking, data security, and user support.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Fluency in Armenian, working knowledge of English and/or Russian is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
