Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team for a fixed-term engagement focused on a high-impact enterprise software implementation project. This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to drive clarity, structure, and alignment during the project’s requirements analysis phase.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end requirements gathering and analysis process for a complex, multi-stakeholder software system.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, facilitate discovery workshops, and document detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
Analyze existing workflows and propose optimized digital processes aligned with organizational objectives.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure clear, implementable, and testable requirements.
Maintain and manage the requirements repository, ensuring traceability and version control.
Support validation activities including design reviews, backlog grooming, and user acceptance testing preparation.

Qualifications

Proven track record (3+ years) as a Business Analyst in complex software projects.
Exceptional skills in requirement elicitation, stakeholder engagement, and structured documentation.
Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, BPMN or similar frameworks.
Strong analytical mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with enterprise systems in regulated or process-heavy environments.
Familiarity with educational sector processes is a strong plus.
