Pay Rate: $2 per interview
Salary Cycle: Salary will be credited to your bank account in every 15 working days

Role Overview:
We are looking for dynamic, presentable, and professional Interviewers who can conduct interviews
for candidates applying to UK-based companies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Zoom interviews for assigned candidates
• Send interview links via email
• Follow provided job descriptions and interview questions
• Update interview status in Google Sheets
• Maintain professional communication with candidates

Interview Process:
• 10–15 interviews will be assigned daily
• Interviews scheduled every 30 minutes
• Each interview lasts 15–20 minutes
• Slots managed by operations team

Requirements:
• Presentable personality and professional appearance
• Clear camera quality
• Stable internet connection
• Power backup
• Strong English communication and fluency

Terms & Conditions:
• Successful interviews must be marked in the sheet immediately
• If a candidate is not available, the interview will not be counted
• Maintain polite and professional behavior at all times
• Payment will be made only for successful interviews
• Pay will be calculated at $1.5 per successful interview
