International Customer Assistance and Support in Yango taxi (Urgent queries) with Armenian and Russian/English language

Yandex Go users contact our support service every day. They ask questions, express complaints and share their ideas on how to improve our services.

We are looking for an employee who will promptly help them and process incoming queries. You will have to communicate with users and drivers, take measures to insure their safety, help to make the use of the application more comfortable, and resolve urgent appeals.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via phone - 70% , email and chat - 30%
• Monitor customers and drivers complaints and reach out to provide assistance
• Help us to improve quality of Yandex Go customer service

Requirements

• Armenian and English/Russian proficiency (B2-C1 level)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Armenian and English or Russian
• Ability to express thoughts clearly and concisely
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work independently
• Experienced PC user

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in customer service
• Experience in social media marketing
• Willingness to learn

• Schedule 2/2 09:00-21:00 Yerevan time or 2/2 21:00-09:00 Yerevan time
