Human Resources Manager

Role Overview

The HR Manager will act as a strategic business partner to the CEO, driving the overall people and organizational strategy across a portfolio of commercial businesses within the luxury ARTLIFE KEMPINSKI residential and hotel complex in Yerevan, Armenia, including restaurants, bars, event venues, and retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business growth
• Lead recruitment for both operational and managerial roles
• Build and strengthen employer brand in the market
• Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives
• Implement performance management and talent development processes
• Design competitive compensation and incentive schemes
• Manage HR operations, payroll coordination, and compliance with Armenian labor law
• Support organizational design and workforce planning

Requirements

• 3+ years of HR experience (hospitality / retail / multi-unit environment preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Armenian labor legislation
• Experience in recruitment, performance management, and HR operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Armenian (fluent), English (working proficiency), Russian (advantage)
