Role Overview
The HR Manager will act as a strategic business partner to the CEO, driving the overall people and organizational strategy across a portfolio of commercial businesses within the luxury ARTLIFE KEMPINSKI residential and hotel complex in Yerevan, Armenia, including restaurants, bars, event venues, and retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business growth
- Lead recruitment for both operational and managerial roles
- Build and strengthen employer brand in the market
- Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives
- Implement performance management and talent development processes
- Design competitive compensation and incentive schemes
- Manage HR operations, payroll coordination, and compliance with Armenian labor law
- Support organizational design and workforce planning
Requirements
- 3+ years of HR experience (hospitality / retail / multi-unit environment preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Armenian labor legislation
- Experience in recruitment, performance management, and HR operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Armenian (fluent), English (working proficiency), Russian (advantage)
