Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities

• Be able to handle academic, administrative and headhunting HR functions,
• Prepare efficient network of talents within the university and beyond,
• Conduct hiring process, including recruitment, testing, interviews and contracting,
• Develop, implement and analyze KPIs for the university staff,
• Other job specific responsibilities upon necessity.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Management, Public Relations or a related area,
• A minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in a similar position,
• Exceptional communication skills,
• High-level computer proficiency,
• Energetic and self-motivated,
• Industry specific knowledge will be viewed as an advantage.
