HR Specialist

Description

ARGE BUSINESS LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support our Human Resources team in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Organize all HR documentation processes by HR Software and coordinate with RA legislation.
• Prepare employment agreements, orders, vacations, business trips, references, powers of attorney.
• Generate official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and warning letters.
• Maintain physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records.
• Assist in the development of onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations.
• Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve the efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole, and to improve the employee experience.
• Help organize internal events, trainings, or performance review cycles.

Requirements

• Relevant work experience․
• Knowledge of RA labor legislation․
• BA in Human Resources Management, Law or any related field․
• Strong written/oral communication skills in Armenian, Russian and English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Ability to work with various departments and independently with minimal supervision.
• Skills in database management and record-keeping.
• Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
