The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment, strong communication skills in English, and a solid understanding of HR processes. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with recruitment trends and best practices.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR tools is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
