Description

We are hiring Head of Securities Dealing & Brokerage Department.

Responsibilities

• Receive and execute client orders, provide investment advice and prepare investment recommendations;
• Continuously monitor and analyse local and international financial markets and provide professional opinions;
• Monitor market, liquidity and trading risks, prepare reports and submit them to management;
• Manage the Department’s operations, develop internal procedures, establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure the professional development of employees;
• Be proficient in professional trading platforms, software and financial information databases

Required education, skills and professional experience:

• Higher education in finance, economics, mathematics or another related field;
• At least two years of professional experience at an investment company, bank or another company providing investment services;
• A CFA, FRM, ACI Dealing Certificate or another international professional qualification will be considered an advantage;
• Good command of Armenian, Russian and English;
• Good knowledge of the Armenian and international capital markets and experience working with local and international brokers and financial institutions;
• Proficiency in MS Office and AS-Bank software;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Time-management skills;
• Ability to identify problems;
• Punctuality and a strong sense of responsibility.
