Description

We are a startup launching modular tiny-homes for the eco-living and glamping market in Armenia. Our goal is to offer a turnkey solution for both entrepreneurs and private buyers, including landowners and those seeking vacation homes, to create high-ROI, unique hospitality experiences. We need a founding team member to lead sales and marketing.

Mission
As the first sales leader, you'll be responsible for building our brand, driving revenue, and managing all sales and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for our modular homes.
  • Own the full B2C sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Build and manage social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Create marketing content (videos, photos, copy) to drive sales.
  • Engage with customers, build relationships, and represent the brand.
  • Analyze market trends and refine sales strategies.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven B2C sales experience (real estate, luxury goods, or similar).
  • Expertise in social media marketing (Facebook & Instagram ads).
  • Content creation skills (video, photo, copywriting).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Armenian, Russian, and English.
