TRENDX GROUP LLC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead and execute the company's marketing strategy across its portfolio of international fashion brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and manage all marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media, content creation, PR, influencer collaborations, and events.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Plan and oversee marketing budgets and campaign performance.
• Coordinate with brand partners to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and marketing standards.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and vendors.
• Monitor and report on key marketing KPIs and business results.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and brand management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Experience in fashion, retail, or luxury brands is considered an advantage.
• Fluent English; knowledge of Russian is a plus.
