Description

Crowe and Asatryans LLC is looking for an experienced, energetic, and highly motivated professional to join our accountant's Team.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accounting records of the organization (expenses, income, bank transactions, etc.),
• Recording transactions in the “HTS Accounting” software, using Excel functions as much as possible,
• Performing accounting entries in accordance with the nature of the transactions,
• Registration and storage of invoices and other financial documents,
• Accounting for inventory and fixed assets,
• Accounting for goods imported to and exported from the Republic of Armenia, and preparing tax declarations if necessary,
• Performing bank operations: transfers, foreign exchange transactions, and entering bank statement data into the accounting software,
• Calculating salaries and other equivalent payments,
• Managing and monitoring settlements with suppliers and customers (invoices, cash register receipts, supplier and customer reports),
• Performing other duties arising from the internal regulations of the company.

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse and inventory accounting is a must․
• Higher education in accounting, finance, or economics is preferred․
• Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience․
• Solid knowledge of Armenian tax and labor laws․
• Proficiency in Armenian accounting software (HATS); knowledge of 1C and online banking is an advantage․
• Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel․
• Ability to work independently and under pressure․
• Analytical thinking and stress resistance․

Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
(Saturdays: 10:00 – 14:00 during half of the year)
