A reputable trading company in the field of export and import is in need of a skilled office manager (female) to join its administrative team.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Management, Business, or related fields).
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in office management.
- Proficient in administrative tasks, archiving, and drafting formal correspondence.
- Familiarity with export, import processes, and customs affairs is an advantage.
- Strong time management, planning, and task-follow-up abilities.
- Proficient in Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Armenian, English and Farsi (sufficient for conversation and formal correspondence).
Responsibilities
- Planning and coordinating the CEO's meetings.
- Following up on administrative tasks and business correspondence:
- Managing calls and communicating with clients and colleagues.
- Preparing and tracking documents and reports.
- Coordinating internal affairs and communicating with various departments.
