Chief Accountant

Description

Europcar Armenia is hiring a motivated team member to fill the vacant position of Chief Accountant.

Responsibilities

• Development of accounting and tax policy in accordance with international accounting standards and legal requirements,
• Making bank transfers necessary for the company's activities,
• Handling financial documents, control of income and expenses,
• Calculation and provision of salaries, as well as timely transfer of other payable amounts,
• Creation of the standard of primary documents necessary for accounting records and their maintenance,
• Accounting of information in the accounting system and control of compliance of primary documents,
• Accurate and timely submission of information or documents to the regulatory authority, in strict compliance with legal requirements, and appropriate supervision;
• During the tax audit, cooperation with the tax authorities, following the requirements of the legislation and the interests of the company as much as possible,
• Conducting negotiations and affairs with the company's customers or partners within its jurisdiction,

Requirements

• At least 3 years of work experience in accounting,
• Higher education in the field of Economy, Finance,
• Knowledge of Russian is mandatory, English is desirable
• Ability to work efficiently at short period,
• Teamwork and time management skills,
• Knowledge of AS,
• Knowledge of computer programs (Excel, Word),
• Thorough knowledge of Armenian Tax Law;
• Knowledge of the basics of financial reporting.

• Working hours: 9:30 - 18:30
