We’re looking for a progressive manager with strong leadership skills with below requirements.
Responsibilities
- Developing key performance goals and managing the performance of the staff
- Creating and implementing strategies for business growth
- Ensuring that departments or units deliver quality offerings to customers
- Working closely with Managers and other senior staff to improve efficiency and performance
- Improving internal processes for better productivity
- Overseeing large projects and interpreting performance reports
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel when required
Requirements
- Higher education in business, economics or marketing
- at least 5 years in relevant position
- strong leadership, motivated, problem-solving, communication skills, analitical ability
- strong trilingual skill set with professional fluency in Armenian, English, and Russian for both writing and speaking. Knowledge of any other language will be an advantage.
