Fuel Card Operation Specialist

MaxOil operates a network of more than 55 fuel stations across Armenia. As we continue to develop our cashless fuel payment system, we are expanding our Technical Department.

Պարտականություններ

• Administer fuel cards and vouchers in the accounting system, including limits, tariffs, fuel types, and card blocking
• Support corporate clients with onboarding, changes to account terms, monthly reconciliations, and reporting
• Provide support to retail customers and fuel station staff regarding card and voucher payments
• Perform daily transaction reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
• Liaise with our software provider in Latvia: register support requests, test system updates, and participate in system development projects

Պահանջներ

• At least 1 year of experience working with accounting, billing, or POS systems
• Strong Excel skills; basic SQL knowledge is an advantage
• Armenian and Russian; English at a business correspondence level
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large volumes of data
• Experience in the fuel or retail industry is an advantage
