Unlike many firms, we focus on long-term product development. You won't be jumping between small landing pages; you’ll be building deep, scalable architecture for platforms used in HR, ERP, and knowledge management sectors.

What You’ll Work On

You will be a key contributor to our core products, focusing on data-heavy interfaces where UX and performance are critical.

• Complex React & Next.js Applications: Developing responsive, high-load web apps.
• Data Visualization: Building intuitive dashboards, interactive tables, and analytics filters.
• Role-Based Systems: Architecting secure, multi-level admin panels and API-driven interfaces.

Your Responsibilities

• Build and maintain clean, modular React / Next.js codebases.
• Implement reusable component libraries to ensure UI consistency across products.
• Collaborate directly with backend teams to integrate complex APIs and authentication flows.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Contribute to UI/UX logic—we value developers who think about the end-user.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience with React.js.
• Solid experience with Next.js (SSR/SSG).
• Strong mastery of JavaScript (ES6+) and/or TypeScript.
• Experience with State Management (Redux, Context API, or similar).
• Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Styled Components, etc.).
• Ability to navigate and contribute to a real, production-ready codebase.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Data Viz libraries (Chart.js, D3.js, or Recharts).
• Understanding of Armenian business logic (useful for our local HR/ERP products).
• Experience with performance profiling and optimization.
