Description
DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Yerevan City Centre is looking for motivated candidates to join Front Office team.
Responsibilites
- Greet visitors, register and assign rooms to guests․
- Provide service referrals to guests․
- Manage guest complaints, requests in a professional manner․
- Accept reservations by telephone or e-mail when the reservation agent is not available․
- Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts․
- Contact housekeeping, maintenance or other relevant staff when guests report an issue.
Requirements
- Higher education (final year students are welcome)․
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian․
- Experience with hotel reservations software, like Opera, will be a plus․
- Good knowledge of MS Оffice․
- Ability and readiness to do shift work, including night shifts.
- Good communication skills.
- Capacity to work under pressure, multi-tasking skills.
- Enthusiasm to work with the team and in the team.
