Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to hotel guests․
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently․
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and courteous manner․
- Manage phone calls and reservations․
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and billing․
- Ensure lobby and front desk areas are clean and presentable․
- Coordinate with other departments․
- Follow brand standards and ensure high-quality customer service․
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage․
- Fluency in English and Russian; additional languages are a plus․
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills․
- Ability to work night shifts․
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented personality․
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle urgent situations․
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset․
