
Front Desk Supervisor

Description
We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and guest-focused professional who will manage daily front office operations while also taking full ownership of the reservation process — ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for each guest, from inquiry to check-out.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and support all front office activities to ensure smooth daily operations and consistent service quality.
- Manage guest reservations across all channels (phone, email, OTAs), including modifications, cancellations, and confirmations.
- Accurately handle guest profiles, billing instructions, and reservation entries in the PMS.
- Act as the main contact point for guests before and during their stay, resolving issues proactively.
- Coordinate closely with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, F&B) to ensure a cohesive guest experience.
- Guide and assist front desk staff when needed to maintain service standards.
- Upsell services and packages, tailoring offers to guest needs.
- Share daily updates and key operational reports with hotel management.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel front office and/or reservation roles.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in English/Russian (additional languages are an asset).
- Familiarity with PMS systems (experience with Triosoft and/or Exely is a strong advantage).
- Multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized in a dynamic environment.
- Leadership mindset and a hands-on approach to team coordination.

Hybrid model – 2 days in-office, 2 days OFF Hours: 09:00 – 18:00
