Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Front Desk Agent at Golden Palace Hotel Yerevan. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling check-ins and check-outs and assisting guests with inquiries and requests.

Responsibilities

• Available to register, process, and greet customers promptly․
• Check the daily arrival list․
• Welcome customers to the hotel․
• Respond to customer requests for information about the hotel and its surroundings․
• Arrange for special services requested by the customer․
• Ensure that own cash is secure at all times․
• Ensure all discrepancies in own cash are declared to the Manager․
• Ensure that guest details are not disclosed․
• Maintain high confidentiality regarding guest privacy․

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of English and Russian․
• Highly responsible and reliable․
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times․
• Customer service attitude․
• Multitasking, with the ability to prioritize tasks․
• Flexible work schedule including night shifts․
