Accept is expanding its talent acquisition network under the "Impact" program. We are looking for motivated and independent Freelance Recruiters who will help us find the best talent for our open positions. This role is commission based.
Job Description
- Position: Freelance Recruiter
- Industry: HR / Recruitment
- Location: Remote
- Employment Type: Freelance / Independent Contractor
- Compensation: Commission based (Remuneration for each successfully hired candidate)
- Schedule: Self-managed schedule
- Probationary Period: None
Responsibilities
- Search for and attract suitable candidates for Accept's active vacancies by utilizing personal networks or professional platforms (FB, Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, etc.).
- Collaborate with the Accept recruitment team to ensure a positive experience for your submitted candidates throughout the process.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service (B2B/B2C/B2G) is desirable, but not mandatory.
Soft Skills:
- Willingness to build new connections and/or develop existing ones.
- Prompt and organized mindset, with the ability to orient quickly.
- Professional ethics and excellent communication skills.
