Located in the heart of the city center and within the ultra luxury Artlife Kempinski Residences Yerevan, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food & Beverage Director to lead the pre-opening, operational launch of our restaurants and bars, as well as their development, ensuring world-class service.
Position Summary
The Food & Beverage (F&B) Director is responsible for the strategic management, development, and smooth operation of all food and beverage outlets under Artlife Property Management (ALPM). This includes full oversight of restaurant and bar pre-opening projects - from concept creation to construction supervision and operational launch. The role ensures exceptional service standards, drives profitability, optimizes operational efficiency, and upholds ALPM’s luxury hospitality values across all dining and event venues.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-Opening & Project Development.
- Develop comprehensive F&B concepts, menus, and beverage programs tailored to each venue.
- Operations & Performance Management.
- Develop and implement operational strategies.
- Monitor financial performance, control costs, and manage departmental P&L.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and lead high-performing teams.
- Compliance, Safety & Standards.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and licensing regulations.
- Guest Experience & Brand Representation.
- Engage with guests to ensure premium service delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support events and promotions.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5–7 years of senior-level F&B management experience in luxury or multi-outlet operations.
- Proven track record managing multiple F&B pre-opening projects.
- Strong understanding of financial management and P&L analysis.
- High level of computer literacy (MS Office, POS systems, inventory management software).
Leadership & Interpersonal Skills
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service–oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Languages
- Fluency in at least two languages: Armenian and English/Russian.
Working Conditions
The position requires flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and event days. The F&B Director divides their time between the office and the floor, actively leading operations.
