Finance & Operations Specialist

Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support the company's day-to-day financial operations by preparing reports, performing routine financial analyses, reconciling counterparties, and maintaining accurate documentation. You will also work with company contracts using approved templates and internal procedures.

This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical thinking, excellent organizational skills, and a willingness to learn. Deep legal or accounting expertise is not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial analyses and reports.
• Collect, organize and analyze financial and operational data.
• Perform counterparty reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor financial indicators and prepare analytical summaries.
• Prepare and maintain company contracts using approved templates.
• Maintain accurate documentation and internal records.
• Cooperate with internal departments regarding financial and operational matters.
• Support the Finance Department in daily operational activities.
• Perform other duties assigned by the direct manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Previous experience in finance, operations, administration or reporting.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good command of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Armenian language proficiency is required; English and/or Russian is an advantage.
