📌 POSITION OVERVIEW

HoReCa Holding is seeking an experienced and motivated Event Manager to join our team. The role involves full-cycle planning and execution of large-scale public events such as restaurant festivals, gastronomic expos, and cultural projects throughout Armenia.

✅ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, organize, and oversee events from concept to completion

• Coordinate with restaurants, performers, suppliers, and support teams

• Manage on-site logistics, venue setup, and budgeting

• Collaborate with PR, technical, sales, and HR departments

• Prepare reports and ensure timely execution of event tasks

• Actively participate in both pre-production and on-site implementation phases

🧩 REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of experience in event/project management

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Readiness to work in dynamic, on-location environments

• Fluency in Armenian; Russian and/or English preferred

• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when needed
