ERP Systems Engineer (Odoo-focused | Python)

Description

We are looking for an ERP Systems Engineer with strong Python skills and a systems-thinking mindset, who is excited to go beyond coding and help design how a company actually operates.

This role is not just about programming — it’s about building smart, automated business processes and shaping how different functions work through technology.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Odoo
• Or hands-on experience with full-scale (end-to-end) ERP implementations, preferably Odoo

If you have solid Python skills and a structured, analytical mindset — we’re ready to support your growth.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Work with different teams to understand how the business operates and analyze workflows
• Translate business requirements into structured, automated or semi-automated system solutions
• Build logic and automation using Python to reduce manual work
• Customize, maintain, and optimize ERP systems (especially Odoo) based on business needs
• Design dashboards and improve data visibility and reporting
• Continuously improve internal systems and processes

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

• Is confident in Python (automation, logic building, problem-solving)
• Has experience with Odoo ERP (Technical and/or Functional) or other ERP systems
• Thinks in systems and processes (not just code)
• Can translate business needs into structured solutions
• Is curious, proactive, and enjoys improving how things work
• Can work independently and take ownership
• Is comfortable in a fast-moving environment
• Has good English communication skills

BIG PLUS

• Experience with Odoo ERP implementation (end-to-end)
• Exposure to business processes (finance, supply chain, operations)
• Experience working with engineering or R&D teams
• Experience with API integrations and data/reporting tools
