To keep our global, 24/7 operations running flawlessly, we are looking for a motivated, capable, and communication-loving professional who is fluent in English, Armenian, and Persian to join our team.

Apricot CX operates entirely in the B2B space, meaning our clients are software companies and product teams. There is a massive difference between B2B and B2C support. For businesses, technical problems run deeper, are more complex, and carry much higher stakes.

That’s why our team is the front line. We handle everything from helpdesk setup and AI workflows to multichannel support and CX analytics. We truly believe that exceptional customer experiences come from the perfect blend of smart technology and empathetic human support.

Responsibilities

  • Master the Ecosystem: Deeply understand our clients' SaaS products, internal tools, and specialized AI workflows.

  • Be a Human-Centric Problem Solver: Deliver top-tier, multichannel support (chat, email, phone) with empathy and precision.

  • Leverage AI & Automation: Work seamlessly alongside smart automated workflows to resolve issues efficiently.

  • Bridge the Gap: Diagnose and escalate root-cause technical issues to internal and client product teams.

  • Show Up for the Team: Be highly reliable during assigned shifts to ensure uninterrupted 24/7 global coverage.

  • Work Flexible Hours: Work a rotating mix of day and night shifts (typically 2 night and 3 day shifts a week, around 22 shifts per month).

Requirements

  • The Right Heart: Deep empathy and a genuine drive to help businesses succeed.

  • The Right Mind: High technical aptitude to grasp complex software products quickly and identify issue patterns.

  • Flawless English: Exceptional fluency across all 4 skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening)—as our core communication is in English. (A background in English teaching or studies is a major plus!)

  • Multilingual Skills: Native or professional fluency in Armenian and Persian is required.

  • Bonus Languages: Ability to speak French, Spanish, German, or Turkish will make you stand out.

  • Team Spirit: A strong passion for collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience: Prior experience in B2B customer support, tech support, or an English-centric tech role is a big advantage.
