We’re looking for a Concierge to join our team and be the friendly, reliable face that welcomes every guest with warmth and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism․
• Be the go-to expert for local attractions, dining, cultural events, and hidden gems․
• Handle guest requests with creativity, speed, and discretion․
• Build sincere connections with guests—remember their names, preferences, and stories․
• Organize transportation, restaurant bookings, and special touches․
• Anticipate guest needs—even before they ask․

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in hospitality or customer service․
• Excellent communication skills in Russian and English․
• Deep knowledge of the city and its surroundings․
• Friendly, proactive, and service-focused mindset․
• Strong attention to detail and quick problem-solving․
• Knowledge of hotel software (Opera) is a plus․
