Compensation:

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical Compliance Analyst to oversee and audit the daily activities of our truck drivers during deliveries. This includes reviewing route adherence, comparing dispatched instructions to execution, and analyzing stop/fuel behavior using real-time and historical data.

The role ensures accurate delivery execution, operational compliance, and cost efficiency across our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

Loadboard & Rate Confirmation Auditing

  • Open and review load board activity daily.
  • Access and analyze all Rate Confirmations (RateCons).
  • Verify that all Pickups (PUs) and Deliveries are executed exactly as assigned — 1:1 match with no discrepancies.
  • Identify any missed, uncovered, or unauthorized stops or route changes.

GPS Route Compliance (Linxup)

  • Use Linxup GPS to monitor truck routes.
  • Compare actual GPS data with expected routes per RateCons.

Detect:

  • Unauthorized detours.
  • Deadhead miles.
  • Additional or missing stops.
  • Any route irregularities impacting cost or delivery schedule.

Stop Behavior & Rest Pattern Evaluation

  • Evaluate driver stop patterns using GPS data.

Check for:

  • Overextended breaks or non-compliant rest stops.
  • Idling or unscheduled layovers.
  • Violation of Hours of Service (HOS) or company guidelines.
  • Classify drivers based on stop efficiency and compliance trends.

Fuel Behavior Analysis

  • Review fuel logs and transactions (via fuel card or telematics).

Check:

  • Fuel stop frequency and consistency with route needs.
  • Gallons, location, and timing of refueling.
  • Potential misuse or fuel inefficiency trends.
  • Create per-driver fuel consumption profiles.

Reporting & Compliance Monitoring

  • Maintain accurate, detailed records and compliance logs.

Provide:

  • Daily/weekly performance reports.
  • Driver compliance scorecards.
  • Alerts on suspicious or non-compliant behavior.
  • Assist in identifying drivers needing retraining or review.

Key Deliverables

  • Accurate and timely audits of RateCons vs. executed routes.
  • Daily logs of route deviations, stop patterns, and fueling behavior.
  • Weekly compliance reports with trend analysis.
  • Escalation of serious compliance violations.

Success Metrics

  • 100% match rate between RateCons and actual deliveries.
  • Reduction in deadhead miles across monitored routes.
  • Decrease in extended or non-compliant stops.
  • Optimized driver fuel efficiency.
  • Prompt flagging and resolution of route or delivery discrepancies.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in fleet operations, logistics, or compliance auditing.
  • Familiarity with GPS tools (e.g., Linxup), load boards, and rate confirmations.
  • Strong skills in data analysis using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • High attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • English communication skills.
  • Based in Armenia (preferred), available during PST hours.

This role ensures drivers are held accountable to the highest standards of operational compliance. Through data-driven oversight and proactive analysis, the Compliance Analyst reduces inefficiencies, controls fuel costs, ensures legal compliance, and protects the company’s logistics reputation.
