Main job responsibilities:
- Develop and promote customer-oriented culture
- Manage customer feedback by
- Analyzing received feedback and considering it as an opportunity to improve customer experience
- Arranging need based update of the procedures, participating in the implementation, monitoring and assessing the results
- Identify new channels for collecting customer feedback
- Manage customer journey mapping for each product and service
- Create memorable customer experience
- Review customer complaint written responses and summary reports
- Prepare and submit regular reports.
Required qualification:
- Higher education
- 1+ and more years of work experience in the field of service and 1+ and more years of work experience in the field of customer experience
- Knowledge of international service standards/approaches
- Familiarity with international service standarts
- Advanced knowledge of English
