Call center operator

Job description

We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Call Center Operator to join our growing team in Yerevan.
As a Call Center Operator, you will communicate with customers in English, provide high-quality support, answer incoming calls, and ensure an excellent customer experience. Previous experience is welcome but not required, as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls in English.
• Provide accurate information and professional customer support.
• Record customer information in the CRM system.
• Handle customer inquiries efficiently and politely.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members.

Requirements

• Good spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet).
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
• Responsible, punctual, and customer-focused.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service is an advantage but not required.
