CALL CENTER OPERATOR

We are looking for a responsible and communicative Call Center Operator for a mobile auto repair service.

Requirements:

Fluent English — spoken and written
Confident phone and chat communication with customers
Good computer skills
Basic knowledge of cars, common repairs, maintenance, and automotive terminology
Ability to understand a customer’s vehicle problem, ask the right questions, and clearly pass information to the mechanic
Ability to work with VIN numbers, vehicle make, model, year, and engine information
Responsible, attentive, stress-resistant, and customer-focused

Main duties:

Answer incoming calls and messages
Communicate with customers in English
Process and manage service requests
Collect vehicle and location details
Coordinate customer information with mechanics

Salary depends on the work schedule:
12h, 6/1 — from 800,000 AMD
12h, 5/2 — 700,000 AMD
10h, 6/1 — 650,000 AMD
10h, 5/2 — 550,000 AMD
8h, 6/1 — 550,000 AMD
8h, 5/2 — 450,000 AMD
6h, 6/1 — 400,000 AMD
6h, 5/2 — 300,000 AMD
