Description

International consulting company SCHNEIDER GROUP invites a Business Development Specialist to join our team in Yerevan office.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, including new markets, clients, and partnerships․
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing clients․
  • Respond to incoming client requests (emails, calls, and leads from current clients)․
  • Analyze client needs and offer tailored solutions․
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including service line experts, to structure service offerings․
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and commercial offers․
  • Conduct active follow-ups, handle client inquiries, and ensure smooth onboarding․
  • Attend business events, meetings, and networking activities to represent SCHNEIDER GROUP and attract new clients․
  • Maintain client interaction records in CRM (Bitrix)․

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (consulting, insuring, banking, or professional services preferred)․
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a client-oriented mindset․
  • Experience in international working environments is an advantage․
  • Good level of English and Russian languages․
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment․
  • Hands-on and proactive approach, capable of working independently․
  • Experience in organizing business events is an advantage․
