Brand Marketing Manager (TOUS and PANDORA)

Main responsibilities
1.Brand Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute annual brand marketing plans for Pandora and TOUS based on briefs, strategic direction, and guidelines provided by the Head of Marketing.
- Translate brand strategy into clear monthly activation plans, including promotional mechanics, communication priorities, and content focus.
- Ensure all initiatives are aligned with brand guidelines, positioning, and commercial objectives.
2.Campaigns & Activations Management
- Generate, propose, and directly implement campaigns, activations, and initiative ideas aimed at revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Own end-to-end execution of monthly activations, independently and in collaboration with the team, including:
- Promotional plans
- Social media calendars
- Content focus and priorities
- Proactively identify risks, gaps, or opportunities and raise suggestions or improvements.
3.Team Coordination & Task Management
- Independently manage, assign, and follow up on execution of tasks for Designers, SMM Specialists, and the Digital Marketing Specialist.
- Prepare clear briefs, timelines, and expectations without involving the Head of Marketing in daily operational coordination.
- Ensure smooth collaboration between team members and timely delivery of all marketing materials.
4.Digital & Content Oversight
- Define content focus, messaging priorities, and brand tone for Pandora and TOUS across all channels.
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Specialist on Campaign priorities, performance focus, traffic-driving initiatives
- Monitor website traffic and brand-related performance, flagging issues and opportunities.
5.Performance Monitoring & Analytics
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing and activation KPIs, including but not limited to:
- Revenue contribution
- Customer acquisition
- Traffic generation offline and online
- Retention and repeat purchase
- Campaign effectiveness
- Evaluate results of activations and campaigns and propose data-driven improvements.
6.Budget & Commercial Control
- Implement the approved marketing budget for Pandora and TOUS in alignment with the Head of Marketing.
- Monitor expenses and ensure cost efficiency.
- Oversee discount implementation and monitoring, strictly following plans approved by the Head of Marketing.
7.Offline Activations & Projects
- Plan, manage and execute offline activations and projects (events, in-store activities, collaborations) with support from the marketing team.
- Ensure high-quality execution, consistency with brand standards, and post-activation analysis.
8.Reporting
- Provide accurate and timely reporting to Company Management.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in Retail, Fashion, Luxury fields
- Proven experience in brand marketing, campaign management, and activations
- Experience working with international brands or within brand guidelines is an advantage
- Strong understanding of brand marketing, activation mechanics and tools
- Hands-on experience in annual and monthly marketing planning; campaign execution, KPI analysis and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities independently
- Excellent briefing, coordination, communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented
- Creative thinker with a commercial mindset
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English (written and spoken).
