Brand Manager – Fashion and Retail (PINKO)

Description

We are looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking, and well-organized Brand Manager (Female) to become part of our team and lead the growth and brand presence of PINKO, a renowned name in global fashion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the brand strategy in alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
• Conduct market research, analyze competitor activities, and understand consumer behavior to refine brand strategies.
• Lead marketing campaigns and ensure their seamless execution across all channels.
• Ensure proper product presentation and placement in stores to uphold brand standards.
• Work with PR professionals and influencers to boost the brand's visibility and reputation.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and implement improvements to achieve sales goals.
• Coordinate and oversee promotional events and brand-related activities.
• Represent the brand during business trips, fashion expos, and conferences.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Marketing, Fashion Management, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in brand management, retail marketing, or working with fashion/lifestyle brands.
• Comprehensive understanding of fashion branding, visual storytelling, and consumer behavior in the retail sector.
• Creative mindset with experience in campaign ideation, visual merchandising, or influencer collaborations.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, and fashion-related social media trends.
• Fluency in English and Russian is mandatory; other languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes and participate in international projects and events.
