Booking Agent - English Speaking from 500 eur to 800 eur (home office)

Start basic salary from 500 eur with the possibility to grow

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• Your personal PC (your home office space)
• Good English (Russian/ Italian) communication + any other language (writing/speaking)
• Your experience in tourism not less then 2 years
• Knowledge of online systems (like AIC, Goglobal, Agoda, Hotelbeds, Booking.com and similar)
• Good level of negotiating with suppliers
• Quick learning skills (to follow the bookings/emails/Skype chats/phone calls)
• Management of emergency cases, complaints, relocations, etc…
• Good logic and patience in providing high-level support to the customers
• Full working shift (8.30h per day, 5 days a week)
• The duty schedule can be for Saturdays and Sundays with additional days off
• Night shifts - 1 week in 2 months
• There is No partial work, we require FULL OCCUPANCY!
