Barista

Conservatory Café is looking for an enthusiastic barista to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare specialty coffee drinks (espresso, filter, pour-over, etc.)

• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the café

• Operate and properly maintain coffee equipment

• Introduce customers to coffee origins, flavor profiles, and brewing methods

Requirements

• Previous experience as a barista (preferred but not required)

• Interest in specialty coffee and willingness to learn

• Good communication skills

• Responsible attitude and ability to work in a team

• Knowledge of Armenian

• Good conversational English and Russian
