
B2B Sales Manager
FYM Hospitality Group
FYM Management is expanding the team and is currently seeking a sales manager.
Main responsibilities:
- Cooperate with local and foreign partners, creating contracts, and updating databases in CRM on a daily basis.
- Develop long-term cooperation and conduct daily sales calls and emails.
- Follow all the existing and upcoming reservation deposit deadlines and their validity.
- Nurture FYM key partners and grow their potential.
- Maintain immediate and timely communication with management.
- Represent FYM in various events and exhibitions.
- Provide feedback to enhance offerings based on client needs and market demands.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Required qualifications:
- At least 1 year of working experience as a sales manager (experience in hospitality would be a great plus).
- Excellence in Armenian, Russian and English languages.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Productive communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility and team workability.
- Time management skills.
- Successful negotiation skill.
