Description
To spearhead B2B marketing and client acquisition efforts in Armenia, focusing on lead generation, strategic relationship-building, and market penetration to achieve measurable business growth and long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities

Searching for auto dealers through various communication channels and websites;

Constant monitoring, updating and administration of the partner auto dealer database;

Conducting telephone communication with partner dealers;

Organizing/planning and conducting introductory and business meetings;

Coordination of the process of signing contracts and monitoring relevant legal procedures;

Effective coordination with the After Sales Department and management of current issues.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or a related field.

1 year of proven experience in B2B marketing, sales development, or business development, preferably within a corporate or agency environment.

B2B Marketing Expertise – Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels, lead generation tactics, and account-based marketing (ABM) principles.

Relationship Building – Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to engage C-level executives and key decision-makers.

Market Research & Analysis – Ability to conduct market intelligence, analyze competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities.

Digital Marketing Proficiency – Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), email marketing platforms, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Communication – Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral.

Data-Driven Decision Making – Strong analytical skills to track KPIs, measure ROI, and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.

Language – Fluency in Armenian and English (written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of Russian is a strong plus.

This is a full-time position, operating within Armenia's working hours, with some flexibility offered.
