Անշարժ գույքի նախագծերի ամբողջական կառավարում՝ գաղափարից մինչև շահագործման հանձնում։ Ապահովել նախագծային, ճարտարապետական և շինարարական գործընթացների օպտիմալ իրականացում։

Պարտականություններ

• Նախագծերի կոնցեպտուալ և նախագծային կառավարում
• Ճարտարապետական լուծումների առաջարկում, համակարգում և վերահսկում
• Նախագծային թիմերի և կապալառուների կառավարում
• Բյուջեի, ժամկետների և որակի վերահսկում
• Շինարարության ամբողջ փուլերի վերահսկում մինչև շահագործում

Պահանջներ

• Բարձրագույն կրթություն համապատասխան ուղղվածության
• 7+ տարվա փորձ խոշոր նախագծերի կառավարման և իրականացման
• AutoCAD, Revit կամ համարժեք ծրագրերի իմացություն
• Հայերեն, ռուսերեն, անգլերեն լեզուների իմացություն
