AI Automation Engineer (ERP & Agents)

We are a fast-growing Armenian software & AI company delivering international-level projects across multiple industries — from government institutions and insurance companies to retail chains and manufacturing enterprises. Role Overview

We're looking for an AI Automation Engineer to work at the intersection of ERP systems and AI agents. You'll help move real business processes into ERP platforms and build AI-driven automation on top of them — from process analysis and system customization to agents that work with business data. You'll collaborate closely with client teams and our engineers.

What You'll Do

• Analyze business processes together with client teams and implement them in ERP systems
• Customize and extend ERP platforms: data models, scripts, reports, and integrations
• Support users and turn recurring questions into system improvements
• Build AI agents and automation on top of business data using LLM APIs and tool calling
• Design checks and evaluations so AI output stays reliable on real-world data
• Use AI coding tools daily and take part in code reviews with the team

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of professional experience with Python; confident with REST APIs and SQL
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and tool calling — at least one agent you've built (personal projects count)
• An AI-native workflow: you generate fast, but you read what was generated and can debug it when it breaks
• Comfortable working with non-technical staff to understand how a business actually runs
• Fluent Armenian and working English
• Experience with ERP platforms (ERPNext/Frappe, Odoo, or similar) is a plus — we'll teach you
• pandas or basic data analysis is a plus
