Description

Pahest 33 & Santa Fe are looking for a professional and passionate person to become a valued member of our family. The Marketing Specialist is responsible for the development and execution of marketing communications and digital content that support the objectives of the Santafe Cafe՛ & Pahest33 Bar-Restaurant brands.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the marketing strategy and tactics for the company in line with company objectives;
  • Research and analyze market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies;
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution;
  • Brainstorm and implement event plans and concepts from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives;
  • Conduct budget planning of the event;
  • Collaboration with sponsors and partners to organize events;
  • Lead promotional activities for the event;
  • Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports;
  • Design digital media campaigns according to business goals;
  • Coordinate and manage the creation of all digital content such as blogs, press releases, and podcasts, infographics, videos, etc.;
  • Maintain and manage all our social media channels;
  • Regularly track and get insights into competitors' strategies;
  • Stay up-to-date with digital media technologies and the latest trends.

Requirements

  • University degree in Economics/Management/Marketing
  • Not less than 3 years of job experience in marketing; Relevant work experience in the HoReCa industry will be considered an advantage.
  • Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English;
  • Good writing & editing skills (photo/video/text);
  • Very reliable, responsible, detail-oriented with good multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Advanced Computer literacy MS Office;
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational skills;
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills;
  • Highly responsible and extremely attentive to details;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Creative thinking and ability to implement them into business development;
  • Marketing plan budgeting and implementation
