Earlyone is looking for passionate and motivated professionals for building and promoting long-lasting customer relationships at international markets.

Responsibilities

  • Discover and qualify new business opportunities
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Create informative presentations for potential clients/partners at meetings
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Make cold, active, inactive calls for new business leads
  • Support in writing new business proposals, commercial offers or sales packages
  • Keep prospective client database updated
  • Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
  • Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients
  • Follow company procedures for the acquisition of customers, submission of tenders, etc 

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or similar
  • Proficiency in English and Russian languages
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales/business development
  • Experience with lead generation and prospect management
  • Excellent knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
  • Analytical and time-management skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create targeted presentations
  • Detail-oriented and an active listener
