Job Description

AWI Group CJSC is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Company.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors
  • Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
  • Support the team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
  • Responsible for all the administrative formalities and mechanisms of managing the Company
  • Prepare reports
  • Translate documents
  • Work closely with the Management, Sales team, Financial Department

Required Qualifications

  • University degree
  • At least 3 years of experience
  • Excellent command of Armenian, English and Russian languages
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience in commercial communication is an advantage
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Team player with multi-tasking abilities
  • Sense of responsibility
  • Representation & problem-solving skills

Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30
Location: Head office on Agatangeghos street
