We are looking for a Human Resource Manager who is responsible for managing all aspects of the Hotel staff employment.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing the hiring process, including advertising open positions
- Reviewing resumes
- Coordinating and conducting interviews
- Maintaining up-to-date personnel information and files
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- University degree
- At least 2 years of experience relevant to the responsibilities.
- Excellent Communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages
- Team working skills
- Ability to motivate people
