- Sort and distribute incoming mail to areas and dispatch outgoing mail;
- Answer and direct phone calls;
- Type correspondence, reports and other documents;
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments;
- Book travel arrangements.
- Higher education;
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy;
- Excellent knowledge of English, Russian and Armenian languages;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Very effective organizational skills;
- Work experience is a plus.
