Chef Duties/Skills

A Pan Asian Chef who has a can-do attitude and a passion for delivering excellent food every time.

• Preferably International experience
• Team management skills
• Cost control, monitoring performance across all departments
• Continually review and refresh menu offerings
• Preparing, cooking and seasoning foodstuff
• Very good knowledge of the menu
• Quality control
• A working knowledge of how to implement and monitor health and safety, hygiene and compliance procedure
