Operations Manager

Description

Carrefour Armenia is looking for an experienced, highly-motivated operations manager to coordinate and oversee the supermarket's branches operations.He or she needs to be passionate about delivering exceptional levels of customer service and driving sales and all KPI.

Main duties

• Ensure the proper conservation, utilization, and profitability of the stores assets in the district,
• Ensure that every day the Operation in all branches will be followed by Company's procedures.
• Check that all ATMs, assets, store's services are working properly
• Follow up the Cash Deposit Procedures in all Branched
• Opening, closing and cashing up correctly, ensuring all paperwork for the day has been completed correctly, including targets for the next day and a comprehensive handover
• Have an Idea About the procedure of all Operations from (Receiving and Commercial , Orders and Cash calculation)
• Secure the quality of the basic services offered to clients in
  the district
• To understand daily, weekly and monthly store targets, clearly identifying what this means in terms of sales, profitability, costs, staffing levels and ensuring this information is communicated effectively to the team
• Secure a clear image of assortment, quality and
  discount.
• Control the proper application of the stores action plans in the district within the overall country strategy.
• Guarantee the quality of product presentation in the district.
• Participate and Manage the Monthly and Quarterly Inventories
• Promote the exchange of experiences between the stores.
• Guarantee the control of the quality of the stock in the
  stores, reduce stock loss in store. Observes safety and security procedures.
• Guarantee competitiveness and the expected margin levels.Guarantee that the stock level contributes to the optimisation of the working capital.
• Respect and ensure the respect of security & hygiene procedures (assets and employees).

Requirements and skills

• Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
• Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Good standard of numerical skills.
• The ability to plan and prioritise workloads and delegate accordingly
• The ability to manage, motivate and inspire others.
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Leadership ability
• Excellent communication skills
