Spa Receptionist

Radisson Blu Hotel Yerevan is looking for a candidate for the position of Spa Receptionist.

Key requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/ higher education qualification;
• Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English;
• Strong customer service skills;
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities;
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills;
• Knowledge of basic computer skills;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Work experience at Hotel is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and provide accurate information to clients;
• Manage reservations;
• Inform staff members of made appointments;
• Welcome and guide clients on the procedures at the spa;
• Process payments;
• To recognize the importance of ‘sales’ in every aspect of their role.
